2007/2008 Promotions

We are giving away lifetime memberships!  That’s right, as a thanks to you for making the Ultimate Online Business Directory the nation’s best online source for service/product information, we are randomly giving away lifetime(a) memberships in every major city of every state in the country.

 Where:
We are giving 5 memberships (full page subscriptions) in every city, or nearest surrounding, of every state in the country.

 Qualifications:
In order to qualify for the giveaway, you must first subscribe with 100100inc.com between the dates of September 1, 2007 and August 31, 2008.  Once a subscriber, send an email to 0708promo@100100inc.com using your registered email, which is also your username.  In the body of the message, type in your company name, your company zip code and which city is closest to you (*see chart below).  That’s it!  Drawing & Notifications:
The cut off date is August 31, 2008.  After receiving your email entry, your company name will be entered in our database for the area (city) you selected.  On September 1, 2008, our database will randomly select the 5 winners from each area (d).  The Company names and their corresponding city/state will be posted on our "Promotions Winners Page" on September 7, 2008. 

 Refund:
Value of prize giveaway:  $3005.20
On September 7, 2008, 100100inc.com will announce the winners for all to see, and will begin refunding the amount you paid when you subscribed (less processing fee of $16.55).  Example:  If you signed in the Fall of 2007, and used a promotion code, you will have paid $64.50 – this (less processing fee of $16.55) will be refunded to you plus your page expiration date will be extended for seven years and three months (7.25 years).  If you subscribed in early 2008 and paid $96.75 using the promotion code, you will be refunded $80.20 and have the 7.25 year extension.  Even when our signup promotions have expired, the same applies if you subscribed paying the full $129.00, through August 31, 2008, $112.45 will be your refund amount.  But wait…!
We’re not done giving away full pages yet.  In addition to the 1420 lifetime subscriptions we’re giving away (database chosen - random order), we’re also giving an additional 100 pages (subscriptions) that are hand chosen. 

 How do you qualify for this? 

In the same email you send to enter the Summer Promotions contest, write some detail as to why you feel you should be given one of the free 100 lifetime memberships.  Team 100 is going to let the database choose the first 1,420 and then we’ll hand select the final 100 pages based on the entries.  Whereas location is relevant in Part I of the giveaway, it is not in Part II.  Let us hear what you have to say!

 Rules and Restrictions:
(a) Average business lifetime span averages 7.25 years according to Forrester Research.
(b) NY City, the major 5 Boroughs, are given 10 full page subscriptions for each Borough.
(c) By sending your registering email for the Summer Promotional Giveaway, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Promotions 2007/2008, as seen below in item 2.
(d) Our database is designed to calculate the numbers of entries per city and randomly select the 5 winners.
(e) All checks will be sent to the address on file (on your page in 100100inc.com).
(f) We reiterate our firm stance regarding Privacy.  It is our strict policy not to share personal information.

1. Only one entry per subscription allowed.  Multiple pages within the same company are treated separately/independently from one another.
   
2. You must work, operate, within a reasonable distance from your chosen city of giveaway (stated in email). Example: If you live/work in or around Tallahassee, FL, you must choose “Tallahassee” as your choice.  For example you would not be eligible to choose “Mobile, AL” or “Cedar Rapids, IA”.
   
3. Page cannot be resold nor can it be transferred.  In the event of a company name change, you must supply 100100, Inc. (PO Box 746631, Denver, CO 80006) with written documentation from Department of Revenue citing company name change and also verification the company ownership to be the same name as when initial subscription was originated.  100100inc, Inc. reserves the right to nullify, void or cancel any page that has been transferred or sold without consent or proper notification.
