Our payroll software was developed in-house over the last twenty-five years. Having our own proprietary system allows us to be very flexible with our clients. We have the ability to customize our system to meet the needs of specific clients by providing special processes and reports. Each payroll is processed by two departments. Each department checking the accuracy of the other. This redundancy assures maximum accuracy with each payroll. |
No Set up Fees or Contracts to Sign |
Unlike the most payroll companies, we do not charge to set up clients on our system nor do we require a contract signed by the client. The client set up process is very time consuming and costly. The loss of this investment if the client is dissatisfied is one of the more motivating factors to keep the client happy. The fact that we dont charge for set ups shows our confidence in our system and our people. |
Free Year End Reports and W-2s |
Some companies charge as much as $3.00 per W-2. We include these services as a part of our regular fees. We feel there are enough year end expenses that the small business has to contend with. |

With our contracted messenger service, we can deliver checks overnight anywhere in California at a rate substantially less than our competitors. We have morning and afternoon delivery schedules for those establishments that do not open till later in the day. We even have a service for those who are located in more rural areas. |
Direct Deposit? Not A Problem! |

We are an ACH originator. Which means we do not have to rely on a outside electronic funds transfer service to process our direct deposits. Our pricing for this service is very competitive and is based on volume.
