Why my being a \"By Referral Only® consultant\" is important to you? -- By Referral Only® is a business philosophy by which I strive to deliver first-class service to my clients using 100% of my efforts to meet their real estate needs both during and after the transaction.  In return my valued clients, suppliers, and friends refer their family members, coworkers, neighbors, and other people they know to me for advice on any aspect of the real estate process.  This allows me to spend 100% of my time servicing my clients instead of spending most of my efforts trying to find new clients.  I am interested in building strong, lasting, lifelong relationships, one person at a time by making business decisions based on the long-term benefits to my clients, not based on \"making the sale.\"

Id like to explain the designations after my name -- GRI & ABR.  I was awarded the Graduate, REALTOR ^(R) Institute (GRI) after completing 90 hours of classroom instruction and examinations, covering subjects such as contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.  The courses are taught by leading real estate instructors from around the State.  This additional knowledge allows me to better serve my clients and customers.  

An Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) must complete an additional 22 hours of classroom instruction covering agency law, real estate legal issues, as well as demonstrate  having closed successful transactions representing the Buyer.  As part of the ABR, I am also a member of the Real Estate BUYERs AGENT Council of the National Association of REALTORS^(R).  I happily completed the requirements for these designations to earn your trust and confidence.
